What is the return policy?

Returns can be made within 30 days of order delivery. Due to regulations, items must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Returns will be issued to the original form of payment used at the time of purchase. No straight across exchanges. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

When will I get my order?
We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.

In an effort to fulfill orders as quickly as possible our shipping team begins processing orders very soon after they are placed. As such we are unable to modify or cancel orders once they are placed.

Merry Green is not responsible for lost, held, damaged, or stolen packages. We are not responsible for delivery errors via carrier or incorrect shipping information. Please be sure to give us a secured address for delivery.
If a package is returned to our facilities we will hold the package for three business days before refunding and restocking the contents. An updated address is required to ship the package again. Shipping fee associated with resending package.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer free shipping on orders over £80. Online order total must be £80 after using a coupon code and does not include shipping charges. Free shipping over £80 promotion applies to one package per online order. If a site-wide free shipping promotion is active, the same conditions apply. Some exclusions may apply.
Where are your products manufactured?
Our products are mainly manufactured in China. We carefully select our manufacturing partners to ensure our products are high quality and a fair value.
