What is the return policy?

Returns can be made within 30 days of order delivery. In line with regulations, items must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method used at checkout. Kindly note that we do not offer direct exchanges, and original shipping costs are non-refundable.

When will I get my order?
We aim to deliver your order in a timely and reliable manner. Our standard delivery timeframe is 7–12 calendar days from the date of dispatch. Please note that delivery times may vary slightly due to factors beyond our control, such as customs clearance or courier delays. Delivery times also vary depending on your location. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information.
We kindly ask that you ensure your delivery details are entered correctly at the time of purchase, as we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by incomplete or incorrect information.

order cancellation
As our dispatch team works swiftly to prepare orders, processing often begins shortly after an order is placed. For this reason, we’re unable to amend or cancel orders once they have been submitted. We appreciate your understanding.

package delivery
Merry Green cannot accept responsibility for parcels that are lost, delayed, damaged or stolen in transit, nor for any delivery issues arising from courier error or incorrect shipping details. We kindly ask that you provide a secure and accurate delivery address when placing your order.
Should a parcel be returned to us, we will hold it for three working days before processing a refund and returning the items to stock. If you would like the parcel to be sent out again, we will need an updated delivery address. Please note that a new shipping fee will apply for any re-dispatch.
How much does shipping cost?
We charge a £5.99 delivery fee for orders below £60, and £3.99 for orders between £60 and £100. Enjoy free delivery on all orders over £100.

Do you offer free shipping?
Yes – we’re pleased to offer free shipping on orders over £100. Please note that the £100 minimum applies to the final order amount after any discount codes are applied, and excludes delivery charges. The free-shipping offer applies to one parcel per online order. If a site-wide free-shipping promotion is running, the same conditions will apply. Certain exclusions may also apply.
Where are your products manufactured?
Our products are responsibly manufactured in China by long-standing partners we trust. We work closely with our suppliers to ensure they follow strict quality standards, and every item is carefully checked before it reaches our customers. We’re confident in the quality of our products and hope this offers reassurance when shopping with us.
